Since 2000 Beate Hartmann has been the third generation manager of the Kneispermühle, a restaurant and boarding house in the Palantinate Forest.
As a qualified hotel expert she spared neither costs nor effort to renovate the restaurant considering the regulations for listed buildings. The floor is equipped with a modern underfloor heating.
Our dining area accommodates 45 seated guests and another 15 persons at the counter. Our adjoining room (the so-called Sälchen) offers seats for 40 guests and in the summer season we are ready to treat another 120 visitors.
